Where do you ship your Touchscreens?
We ship it almost everywhere in the world. If you checkout via our online-store you are only able to ship it to the following countries:
- Aland Islands
- Untied Kingdom
Don't worry if your country isn't on this list. It's very likely that we provide your country as well. Just contact us and we will make you a personalized quote.
What apps come with the screen?
If you purchase a touchscreen you get the AgileBoard Software Package by default. The AgileBoard Software Package includes the following Apps:
- ALM tool of your choice (JIRA, Kanbanize, Trello, MeisterTask, etc.)
- Brainwrite (for Retrospectives)
- Whiteboard (for Solution Brainstormings)
- Vote (Beta)
The screen is also a monitor that I can connect a PC to?
Yes, you can connect your PC via HDMI to the touchscreen and use it as a regular monitor. You only need to switch the source.
Is it possible to mount the Touchscreen on the wall?
Of course you can mount it to the wall. For the 55" to 65" Touchscreen models we recommend to buy the following wall mount: Edbak PSM1
What is the difference between your product and other touchscreens like Samsung and others?
The difference is we have a killer price and our large touchscreens are specially tailored to support agile working teams in their workflows during their Dailys and Plannings using JIRA. As well you have the possiblity to place ideas to improve your work and we will prioritize them with the feedback of other customers and implement them as soon as possible.
If we all have JIRA accounts, do we need something more to use it with your screen?
No, you only need the specific JIRA URL to set it up after that you can start working.

What does VESA 400x400 mean?
VESA is a mounting interface standard. If you have a monitor with e.g. VESA 400x400 you need a mount or stand which fits to VESA 400x400.
What do you propose for stand on wheels?
For the 55" to 65" Touchscreen models we recommend to buy the following stand on wheels: Kanto Mobile Stand
Are there any reoccurring costs?
You have the possibility to sign up to a Service Agreement which makes sure that your software and apps are always up-to-date. Normally there are releases of new features and bug fixes every four weeks. You even have the opportunity to influence our backlog with feature requests. We value those "user-stories" high which most of our customers ask for. The Service Agreement costs $600 per device and year.
Does it include everything to work out of the box?
Yes, you can start right away. Depending on the stand you've chosen the setup of the Touchscreen itself will only take you approx. 30 minutes until you can start your first Sprint Planning.
Does it have warranty?
Yes, the single hardware components have a two years warranty.
Does it have wireless connection?
Why certainly! We aren't living in Stone Age anymore.
Can I connect a computer to it and use it as a touchscreen monitor?
Yes, that's possible.
What type of video connections does it have (VGA, HDMI, Display Port)?
The monitor supports HDMI.
Would it be possible to arrange a demo and to get a demo device for a few weeks to try out?

It is also possible to rent a demo device for a predefined period. The first week is free except for the shipping/handling costs. After the first week the weekly rent costs $300. If you decide to buy one or more devices within 2 months after renting the demo device you get a discount for the already payed rental costs.

Yes, there is a PC built in and it runs Debian Linux.
